about 2 inches to go.  Looking good.  Then tip overlays, shaping the grip, sanding and sealing.

Jeff, looks good, are my eyes playing tricks on me or do I see a bit of a weak spot before the hook left limb?

That is where the snakey spot is, so it is a little deceptive, but I was thinking the mid limb just below that was a tad stiff, so maybe the same thing.

Postman just  brought a long tube to the house.  We just got back from vacation late last night and I went into the post office today to pick up the mail but the person didn't give me the big tube sitting right in front of my letters.

Sweet looking bow Steelslinger.  Lots of reflex on that vine maple.  Going to string her and take her for a test drive.

  • If the wood will bend, I'll make it beautiful!

That is beautiful Gaur!

We had another bow building day at Onebowwonders house today. In attendance was Onebowwonder, sleek, Knoll, jo5h, and OneBow's nephew. Who finished his first bow and shot it.

Well about 30 min ago we shot my trade bow through a chronograph. It shot 199 FEET PER SECOND!!! Picture proof as soon as I can get it uploaded! Patrick

The chrono was only measuring the speed of the B.S. flying out your mouth. ;)
