Hopefully, Josh doesn't post his range-shooting pics.   ::)

Good to see that everyone had such a good time. Making bows in the cold just seems so...
Different.   ???

I just remembered that I did manage to take 1 picture while at Wright City.  It was not a bow, but at least it was tastefully done!   ;D ;D ;D

I'm given to understand that this was made by Miss Carol, the kindly Lady-friend of Mr. Knoll.  It had a fresh Strawberry and jello top, a light cheese-cake type filling, and a crunchy pretzel crust on the bottom.  Mike apparently tried to keep it all for himself, but his Missus caught him in the act and obliged him to share with the rest of us the next day.  We're all real glad that she did so...

Oh man was that good!
Knoll, could you kindly ask your Misses if she would share the recipe please?

Eric missed his true calling . . .  to write for one of those "food" magazines.   8)

Here's an engineer's approach to food recipe . . . . .  >:D

Ingredients:
2.5 cps crushed pretzels
3 tbl sugar (for crust)
3/4 cup butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar (for topping)
12 oz Cool Whip
1 6 oz pkg Strawberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
10 oz frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced up
some additional whipped cream or Cool Whip for garnishing (optional)

Topping:
add boiling water to jello & mix well.
add frozen/fresh strawberries to jello & place in fridge to cool.

Crust:
melt butter & add 3 tbl sugar.
add crushed pretzels & press into greased 9x13 pan.
bake 10 min @ 350; then cool well.

Filling:
combine cream cheese & 1 cp sugar & beat well.
add cool whip & spread over cooled crust.

Top pretzeled crust with the filling.
Top crust/filling with cooled/thickened jello.
Refrig until firm (approx 2 hrs).
Top w/ cool whip or whipped cream (optional).

ENJOY!

Right about now I'm wishing I was back in Chris's shop space knocking back big swigs of Peach shine and Irish Whiskey.  Scraping on an Osage stick and gluing up some antler or bone overlays while being warmed by a glowing wood stove!  Sure sounds better than cutting in a new floor in my basement (...this weekend's project.)
