*** Hey fellas. A quick note on Saturday nights potluck. Pauly and I have smoked pork butts the last few years. We have one smoker and tried to over-stuff it last year so we could accommodate everybody. It worked, but not like it should have and we were sweating bullets hoping to get it all done on time. This year we will only smoke two butts as it will be better for the smoker and makes much better meat. If you have meat items you want to share, it would be very appreciated. We will have a charcoal grill available to cook dogs, brats or whatever else you would like to donate. There are always plenty of side dishes and desserts, we just need a bit more meat to round off our pork butts. Its a great meal that you wont regret donating towards. Great eating and company!

Pearly you and Pauly just do what you enjoy don't stress  yourselfs it all works out in the end
besides I am the only one that is supposed to stress over this event , the rest of you are just having fun !

2 weeks and we will there

Im doing it for, Guy. You don't need to stress either my friend. I swear you lose 10# that weekend running up and down the driveway being a perfect co-host!

Sounds good Patrick.  I ordered a new non stick grill basket today.  It should be here before I head north eh!

On the way to the store, Clint, you'll need to function as lookout for flying sheets of plywood.   >:D       >:D

I got a small twinge of pain in my gut when you mentioned that Mike!  We've got a 10 hour drive from SW MO to Marshall, MI...  Several miles of that distance might be invested with swarms for flying chip board sheets!!!  :-\ :-\ :-\

I do appreciate any and all help, but just make sure we are having fun while we do it

Well there is one thing that is a bit stressful
watching y'all  pull out to head home

I am starting to get excited about this one. I am not sure when I will get there but I am definitely going again. I have to wait until the wife gets her work schedule to find out when I can go. My mini bow has been on hold for a couple months due to projects around home. I am not sure if it will be ready. See you all in a couple weeks.
