Nice set Gutshot.  Why can't you use the griddle with a smooth top stove?

If the griddle has a smooth flat bottom it would be fine on the flat top.

The griddle has a 1/4 lip around it which makes it set up off the smooth top stove. It fits a regular stove good and I've already got one for my new work shop so the pancakes will be cooked down there when I have some people over for some bow making weekend.

Got a 12' Radisson dirt cheap, $350. Including jackets and paddles. The canoe is very unused. These canoes have always captivated me. Incredibly light, thoughtfully designed and very, very stable. I'm excited about this one.

Really nice looking canoe and gear Pearl. I've always wanted one to. We use to go 55 miles every Memorial Day weekend when I lived in the city. It sure is cool just paddling downstream.

Bring that with you when you come to the Black Hills to hunt turkey. We have a lot of small lakes full of fat trout for you, too!

It looks pink, buts its fire engine red. I think the sun glare did that to the pic? Either way, I'm just fine with pink :). My lunch box is pink!

We have countless miles of rivers in Michigan. A person couldn't float it all in a long lifetime. We are never more than 20 minutes from public accessible fishing/floating water in my entire perfect state.

Stopped at a local junk store today and found this sitting inside. Owner is retiring soon and is selling everything for 50% off.

Not sure what I need it for but for $35 icouldnt pass it up. The treadle part works great but the head is frozen at the moment. Sprayed the insides good with PB blaster and think I can get it freed up. Ran the serial number and it is a 1921 model 66.

My Mom had one just like that. I also saw one in the bin at the garbage dump. I was told that there was so many of them made that they aren't worth much. But don't go by me.
