That is a real beauty :)
If you get the hankering to try another like it, try deflexing the fades a few inches. I found it took my recurves to the next level. In general I get around another 5 - 8 fps or so by doing it compared to straight out of the handle. I guess it is keeping the wood 'fresher'.
Anyway again that is a stonker of a bow :)

Thanks! I will definately try that! I love the look of rd bows but have neve done it with a self bow. I still have a sister stave of this recurve so I will try it with that one for sure!
