I got a box FULL of goodies from the Monee man. Thanks G! I already have ideas whirling through my head. This swap is gonna grow fast if folks continue on with such generous offerings. I know Ive enjoyed it each time.

Glad you like everything Pearly. The skins on the bottom are tanned and dyed salmon skins. The feathers are all right wing since I know you prefer them. The turkey feathers are from last spring's hunt, then I split and ground them myself. Couldn't resist sending you the sting ray skin!! I want to see the arrows when they're finished too!! (SH) Enjoy there buddy!!

I received my trade package from Balsatech today.  All I can say is WOW!  You went way overboard.  It was like a never ending box of goodies.  Thank you so much.  It will be fun putting this stuff to use.  The trailer stuff was perfect.

Here is what was in the package:

elk antler
feathers
surewood arrow shafts
hand made fishing lures
Vet wrap for handle wraps
castration rings for string keepers
piano keys and other overlay material
fur for silencers
a mystery burl
handle wrap leather
ratchet straps
a boat trailer jack
a length of very large chain

Your welcome Clint. I think that burl was a type of holly, I found it looking over a farm for hedge. It's very dense  and got some weight to it doesn't it. Thank you buddy for taking your time to manage this trade.

Very nice Clint. Yup we got a nice snow now. Really it's beautiful here right now. Pure white snow everywhere.

I just received a second box from Bill Reynolds. Inside of the box was a couple of wool yarn string silencers, a tillering gizmo and a jar containing hickory bark syrup. I will research that syrup, because I have never heard of it.. a large thanks for the opportunity to trade items and receive items I do not have. This will not be the last time I participate in a swap thread. Mike
