I think stained glass is a bit too thin.  But give it a try. Nice job on your knapping.

That was one of the things that peaked my interest Jon. He said they were pretty thick and he needed to learn percussion.

The stained glass Iíve worked has been very thin.  Itís hard to clean the surface up if itís textured. 
I try to clean it up w/one pass then sharpen it.

Donít get me wrong.   I have seen some that was a lil thick.  I just havenít had the opportunity to Knapp it.

I have some that is a 1/4" but I just pressured flake it, makes a very nice looking point. Bob

where do you find it 1/4' thick Bob. I look for it but all I find is the thin stuff.

I'm planning on making it to MoJam again next year!  Hopefully it will be a bit cooler, or at least less humid!  That 109 degree heat index flat kicked my butt!  And I grew up in that area!  That is why I am. In Colorado!  No humidity!
