Thanks WB glad you like it
Thanks RickB. I enjoyed the entire process. Glad it worked out. I've tried doing build alongs before but always forget to take pictures or guff something up.

I normally don't name my knives. This one seems to have a common theme that people see in it's stand. I showed it to my buddy Randy yesterday and he really liked it. He was sitting there watching me work on another project and he says. I'm not trying to put it down in anyway or take anything away from it, but sitting here it just looks so cool. It kinda looks like a petrified Buffalo turd.lol I did literally have to laugh out loud. I've been told it looks like a petrified woolly mammoths foot and a hippopotamus.
I think I am going to name this one. I'll affectionately call it "Buffalo Chip"

Thanks for looking everyone and as my buddy Randy says. It looks so cool, but like something you wouldn't want to step in.

Well, quite apart from any resemblance to fossilized bovine excrement, I do as a rule avoid stepping on obsidian blades...

Thanks Pat
WB so maybe the Obsidian blade acts like a deterrent to keep anyone from stepping in the Buffalo Chip
