little red bow....not for BOM!
« on: August 12, 2008, 07:59:28 am »

hi all!  -  this 53" ntn rattan bow made for a 10 year old boy was technically finished in less then 2 hours including dry heat bending the recurves and making a new string!
it pulls 35' at my 29" (!!!) draw and throws my 620gn/75#-spine arrows with a surprisingly remarkable authority!
pulled to 29" it shows 2" of follow that you simply pull out backwards after unbracing till limbs are straight again.
thanks for looking!

Rattan is amazing stuff isn't it.  Very nice job, I didn't know it would take a heat bend.
