We gotta get you in the kitchen at the classic for a meal or 2. Looks delicious. One question though. Do people in the south ever eat vegetables besides potatoes?
Im only basing it on my experience at the classic. Meat, cornbread, and meat Those are the food groups
Tasty though. I also was never hungry.
These are the last ribs I ate. Bear ribs. Very good but greasy

That's just plain mean spirited to post such luscious delicacies when I was already hungry anyway...lol
Thanks! I'm gonna go find something to eat now, maybe a cardboard box..lol I think after getting so stimulated by your pictures I could eat the north end of a south bound mule.

Jesse, yeah, we also eat ramps and poke sallet. Those are vegetables. And Vidalia onions. And jalapeno peppers.
Those bear ribs look good. Haven't had a mess of bear in a couple of years.

And I can guarantee when I get home I won't be eating rice and beans for awhile.

Steve, I made it home last night. I was thinking about those ribs all the way home. So, I thought I'd give you a picture of my first dinner in at home in 34 days.
