 How did you cut the fuller into the dirk?

Also I have found that if I spray my blades with layout fluid I have very little decard after quenching.

it is a scrapper, just a carbide bit set into a handle. i have a great one on order with a machinist friend.

and i use either a small ligh coat of satanite or pbc antiscale.

there is no decarb in the pictures. lol just my bad photo skills, and horrible lighting.

also what looks like carb on the last knife is rust from dunking the knife in water as i grind. I usually hand sand after about 320 grint on the belts. that small hinter is 120 on the blade and 60 on the handle , is why it rusted so easy.
