  I was taken by suprise Saturday afternoon when someone I'm proud to call a friend showed me the bow he had finished while we were at Pappy's. I had given Ryan O'Sullivan this piece of Yellow Guava last year at the Classic and asked him if he thought he could get a bow out of it. Well he did and here it is.

It is 62' N to N and 57# at 28". It starts to bend slightly in the handle at 29" which is perfect to me, let's you know when to quit. The leather stain job and contrast between the white wood is stunning.The tips look like Cocabola and I think the leather hand grip is, maybe Caymen.

 I was really blown away when he asked me what I thought and I said it was absolutely a gorgeous bow. He then told me, " Good, take it home with you".

dang that's pretty Ryan! ...Eddie you lucky dog you!  Tiller is PERFECT and the dye job on the back looks awesome.  Great contender for May BOM!  :)

looks like it's on FIRE!  :)

Dang that is one purty hunk of guava! I love that splotchy die stuff Ryan does to the backs - slick! Hey, uh - think I could borrow that for a few days?  ;D.

Theres lots of folks who make good bows.  There aren't many who make em like that!  That is a piece of work. Tiller is exceptional.

 I held that bow in my hands and it's everything it looks to be and more. Ryan done a heck of a job on everything about it.  He gave it to a pretty darn good fella too ;)
