couple of Bowmo flint points

this morning my cold seems better. im off work the next 3 days so of course my body says "hey wake up super early". lol sooo, since laying in the bed for a hour didnt bore me back to sleep i started thinking on tools. stone tools. then i got to thinking about a piece of flint in that box that was screaming "make me a arrow making tool!" so i dug it out, as i was doing so i seen a few "bow building tools" a couple scrapers. one i might make into a small adze if i can find a suitable handle. sooo i ended up making two flat scrapers, a arrow making tool that is a multi tool. can you see all the different tools in it? a small drill bit from a flake i removed from one of the scrapers. i need something for drilling tiny holes :) and a awl from another piece that knapped off making that adze/scraper. no waste here. i bet so far after all these tools and those points ive made so far that teeny tiny chips is all that has been put in the waste basket. anyhow heres a picture.

that arrow making tool on the bottom right has a awl/engraver,arrow scraper/planer/ debarker, knife, notch cutting saw {so now i can use it as well as my shell saws i made, and i tried it out on some shafts whooohoo what a great tool it is! }. all it needs is a red plastic handle with a white cross on it. lol
looking that arrow making tool over, i bet if i notched the end, i could tie a piece of cordage to it to carry around. maybe like a necklass? hmmmm
well notching it worked out nice. just need to make up some cordage for a necklass. thinking on building a small tight fitting pouch/sheath to slip over it so it cant cut me when i carry it. :) its been a very good morning glad i drug myself out of bed. Tony
