Sadie won my heart over mighty quick this year at the Classic.  In fact, she was instrumental in making up my mind to get a new dog.

Lena has been "fostering" with me for almost 6 wks.  Boy howdy do I wish she was as mellow as Sadie!    :o

She is gone, passed yesterday about 10am.I got her buried right beside Hannah
in the wood beside the kitchen, always their favorite place to find scraps.  :) I will miss her alot but have Sally to keep me company and she takes after Sadie a lot. :)

Nothing beats the love of a good dog. They love you thru thick and thin no matter what.  Sorry to hear that. They just don't live long enough.

 :(

I'm not sure I ever seen a place where a dog could live such a great life as those dogs of yours Mark.  They were able to meet lots of folks, run the woods and play all the time with kids.  I'll sure miss her trying to follow your Kobota as we headed out all the time.  No dog was ever loved more then yours.  That kinda says a lot about both the dog and it's owner.

Man, sorry to hear this Pappy. It's really tough when they are part of your family. Sounds like your lucky enough to have shared the time with them. My sincere sympathy.
