Change of Address
If you are a subscriber to Primitive Archer and have moved, please use our Change of Address form to notify us of your new address.

Order Not Received
If you suspect that your order was not sent properly, or if you have not received your order in over 6 weeks, please use our Order Not Received form. We will do everything possible to track down the problem and get your order corrected and shipped out promptly.

Delivery Time
Subscription Orders - Primitive Archer is a 6-times-a-year magazine that prints a February/March, April/May, June/July, August/September, October/November, December/January issue. It is shipped around the middle of January, March, May, July, September, November, respectively. If your subscription or renewal is processed prior to the cut-off date you will receive that period's issue. If your order is processed during or after the cut-off date your subscription will begin with the next issue.
If you have placed an order on our web site (and provided a valid email address) you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Back Issue Orders - Back issues are normally shipped within 1 week of receipt of order. Delivery time usually takes about 3 weeks.

Problems with Your Order
