Looks like non-stop fun to me! I see yall took time to eat...did you ever get any sleep time? ;D

Cowboy, I guess we typically put the tips on after the bow is tillered. There is the possibility that something could happen to the bow during tillering, and we have on rare occasion cut a tip off to get a limb in balance...so waiting to the last could save some labor if problems arise. I can't really think of a negative to waiting...

This wasn't my bow, it was King Ron's son's bow (can't remember his name, senior moment...). Often get requests even after a bow has been made and shooting a while to add tips on. ;)

Pappy,

Looks like you had a big time up north! That tavern reminds me of some of the old places I use to play in back in WV... But, our Post Office was a little bigger... :)

Looks like they had some neat shots set up. I like the pic of Gary "Master of The Barebow" Davis in mid-shot, too...

Ya I had a great time,it's fun to have Gary there not working and just spend some time shooting ,bows and bull. The first shot had a mannequin up a tree and had PETA on the back of his shirt and also said save the bears,it was funny. ;) ;D ;D It had one of his boots half way up the tree
below him.We all had to take a shot at him. :)

Pappy, looked like a great time, maybe I'll try to make it next year, You can swing by Ciny and pick me up. Do you go up 75 north or do you go up through Indy then cut over. Hope to see you in two weeks, Thursday the 21st, you know I'm going to need alot of help, so be patient.  Brother Dan

Hey, I remember them guys ;D. Looks like good times once again - like that PETA guy up the tree, thought he was real. I would have taken the shot too ;).
Thanks Greg - that makes sense. Guess you can tweak wooden bows however, whenever ya want - just another plus :).
