I've got a bit more to do to get the bow ready, but the colors of the feathers look awesome with some tru oil on top, so I had to shot it off. I want to run a bead of super glue down each edge unof the feathers so I can sand the edges to a clean line. Then Im going to add an arrow pass out of pink ivory. Once that's in Itll be time to try oil the whole bow.

So far it's at about 6 very thick coats and it just now is starting to fill the voids around the filaments. I think the rest of the coats will be put on when I cover the wood too. So they'll have about 10 more coats total.

Hi Guys,

life has been getting in the way recently but I have finally ordered the linen thread I need to make up some strings and I have finished roughing down my B-stave, will post some pics soon.  Managed to keep up with the thread, really enjoying watching all the progress you guys have made while I've been away.
