I always enjoy this thread. You all look like your having a grand time. 90 some odd days till I can fly over and sit by the fire with ya all. Dang! I think I picked up an accent last time I was there!!!  ;D

I heard Grant wont be doing the cooking next Classic? Bummer if so.  :'(   Best cooking I have eaten in a long while was done by him.

Jesse, you are going to be one busy fella. Primitive archery tackle and chasing women! Looking forward to sippen some spring water with ya at the Classic.

Had a great weekend, got a lot done and some plans made for the Classic and the TTAS banquite.
We voted in a couple of new members so we are almost full up now,24 regular members and 5
associate members. We have a limit of 25 .We cut some wood also .We have a load of logs coming
that will make about 10 ricks ,so with what we have cut we should have enough to make the year.
I got my ash bow finishe tillering and had one of our left handed guys shoot it,he shot it good and seemed to perform good.Greg is going to put one of his fancy grips on it so my Yankee buddy should love it.Greg and I went to the wood stash and brough back enough Hickory to do 15 or so bows, that should get us in shap for the classic, now all we need to do is get them worked into blanks. :)Here are some pictures of the weekend.Hope yall had a good one .Life is good. :)

The first shot was of the field across from the cabin, must have been 50 Turkey and the last was of supper Friday night, deer backstrap and taters. :) Some of the Hickory and breakfast.Joe shooting the new ash bow and we also had a good friend [Woody] brought us down a picture slide show of his trip to Argentina on a fly fishing trip.[Can't hide money] ;) :) Beautiful country. :)

Wood cutting and the kids, they are going to cut down all the little trees around the cabin, since they figured out they could make a bow out of them. :)

I'd much rather be splitting hickory staves instead of working on repairs...hopefully the insurance will take care of it.
